Perrie Morgan

Meet Perrie, a dedicated broker with the Licher Real Estate Group, committed to delivering an exceptional real estate experience. She is deeply passionate about guiding buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Front Range, ensuring they discover the best opportunities with ease and confidence.
Perrie holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and philosophy from Elmhurst University in Chicago, Illinois. During her time there, she was a core member of the college volleyball team, earning numerous awards, including the honor of National All-American in 2011.
After several years in the criminal justice field, Perrie sought a different path and moved to Denver in 2015. She transitioned into property management and subsequently obtained her real estate license. Her primary goal is to cultivate enduring relationships and provide lifelong service to her clients.
Interestingly, she is also a journeyman to the Rocky Mountain Region's only Master Cigar Roller, Clay Carlton of Palma Cigar Company. After 8 years under his wing, this passion led Perrie to establish her own venture, Perrie Morgan Premium Tobacco, where she has been rolling cigars for a dedicated clientele and numerous events for over a decade. Some of her experience include; The Rockey Mountain Cigar Festival, Charles Burrell, Cedrick the Entertainer, Govenor Noem, Denver Nuggets, Denver Broncos, Ryan Blaney, The Senior Open Golf Tournament and many more. Perrie also enjoys spending time in the mountains, indulging in activities such as hiking, camping under the stars, horseback riding, and skipping rocks. An avid reader, Perrie is often found exploring books on business, philosophy, and metaphysics.
