Today, Mel is the founder of MBombay Cigars, a boutique brand celebrated for its elegant blends, aged tobaccos, and refined presentation. Manufactured at Tabacos de Costa Rica, MBombay reflects Mel’s dedication to balance, complexity, and small-batch craftsmanship. His cigars are not only meticulously made—they're deeply intentional.

Mel is also the owner of Fame Wine and Cigar Lounge in Palm Springs, where he curates premium cigars and a thoughtful selection of wines, bringing together the sensory parallels of his two worlds. As a current wine retailer and lounge owner, Mel brings a rare and insightful perspective on pairing, palate, and the experience-driven nature of both industries.
